Rob Bradley
Rob Bradley began his career as an assistant state attorney in Florida’s Fourth Judicial Circuit. He was elected to the Clay County Board of County Commissioners in 2007 and to the Florida Senate in 2012.
As a senator, Rob chaired the Senate Committee on Appropriations from 2017-2020 where he helped craft three state budgets, each more than $90 billion. In recognition of Rob’s leadership, Governor Ron DeSantis appointed him to the Governing Board of the St. Johns River Water Management District, where he currently serves as chair. Rob received his Bachelor of Science in telecommunication degree and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida.

Travis Cummings
Travis Cummings brings 18 years of elected office experience to the Oak Strategies team. In 2012, Travis was elected to the Florida House of Representatives for District 18 and served four terms until leaving office in 2020 due to term limits. During his tenure in the Legislature, Travis served as House Appropriations Committee chair from 2018-2020, overseeing a $93 billion state budget, and from 2017-2018, he served as Health & Human Services Committee chair. Before his service in the Florida House, Travis was elected to a four-year term as a member of the Clay County Board of County Commissioners in 2008. He was appointed to serve as chairman of the Board of Commissioners in 2009, a position he held until 2011. Travis also served as mayor and councilman for the Town of Orange Park from 2002-2008.
He is a graduate of Leadership Florida and has served on the directing boards of the YMCA, Clay County Charter Review Commission, North Florida Transportation Planning Organization, the Jacksonville Association of Health Underwriters, the Borland-Groover Foundation, the Boys & Girls Club of North Florida, Orange Park Medical Center and the Florida Commission on Ethics. Travis received a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting degree from Valdosta State University and an MBA from the University of North Florida.

Jayer Williamson
Jayer Williamson became a partner of Oak Strategies in December of 2022 after serving six years in the Florida House of Representatives. In his final term as District 3’s state representative, he served as chair of the Infrastructure & Tourism Appropriations Subcommittee and was a member of the full House Appropriations Committee and the Joint Legislative Budget Commission. Previously, he served as chair of Government Operations & Technology Appropriations Subcommittee, vice-chair of the Government Accountability Committee and chaired the Florida Sportsmen Caucus. Before his tenure in the state legislature, Jayer served as on the Santa Rosa Board of County Commissioners.
Jayer has been a member of the National Rifle Association, Florida Farm Bureau and the Northwest Florida Home Builders Association. He’s also previously held board positions with the Navy League of Santa Rosa County, the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce and the Santa Rosa Kids’ House. Jayer is the founder and past president of the Santa Rosa Young Professionals. Jayer is a northwest Florida native who graduated the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in communication arts degree. He also has his Master’s Electrical Contractors license. Prior to joining Oak Strategies, he owned and operated Williamson Electrical Company.
